Marex has existing technology and the global experience to now focus resources on opportunities in the US structured products market. The depth of knowledge amongst its existing teams, divisions, and the new US structured products leadership team provides a unique opportunity to build a US structured products franchise, providing its customers with issuer/credit diversification, competitive pricing, and a wide variety of customer sought after financial products. The Solutions - Trading Analyst is responsible for supporting the team’s growth by structuring and pricing cross-asset derivative products, managing associated risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Acting as a key partner to sales and trading teams, this role combines market expertise, quantitative analysis, and technical innovation to deliver tailored solutions and operational efficiency. The individual will proactively generate trade ideas, develop and enhance automation tools (Python/VBA), and collaborate with Quant and IT teams to improve desk processes. By balancing multiple priorities and fostering strong internal relationships, the analyst contributes to accurate execution, risk oversight, and post-trade workflow management.   • Structuring and pricing Cross Assets derivative products for the different Sales teams globally
  • Risk managing efficiently the risks arising from the derivatives products traded, complying with the associated risk limits
  • Develop new tools and improving existing ones (Python/VBA) to automate time-consuming tasks
  • Combine market knowledge and analysis to proactively generate trade ideas
  • Work in cooperation with the Quant and IT team to improve the tools and the processes of the trading desk
  • Contribute to all other tasks on the desk, including P&L analysis, post-trade workflow and any other ad-hoc tasks
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
