This role provides various support functions for the Contractor Relations team in the Home Warranty Division. Effectively manage and coordinate Contractor hiring-cycle from initial contact, gathering documents, and training on all FA policies and procedures so that customer satisfaction, service level and appropriate coverage levels are maintained. Answer questions regarding the entire hiring process, documenting each call. The lead will assist recruiters with gathering leads, reviewing insurance and complete hire packages, producing daily and monthly reports, and help train team members on First American’s recruiting processes and procedures.
