We’re working with a Chambers-ranked Trademark & Brand Management group known for handling high-impact, brand-driven work across industries like entertainment and gaming.
They’re looking for a Trademark Paralegal who can step in and contribute immediately. If your experience is genuinely trademark-focused and you’re comfortable managing portfolios and prosecution work, this is a strong next move.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Trademark Paralegal
• Strong experience with USPTO filings, searches, and prosecution
• Background in a law firm environment
• Ability to manage deadlines and portfolios independently
• Clear, professional written communication
• Writing sample / cover letter required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CPI / CPA Global
• International trademark exposure (Madrid Protocol, foreign filings)
• Experience with brand-heavy clients (entertainment, gaming, consumer)

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and clearance using USPTO systems
• File and prosecute U.S. trademark applications, including office action responses
• Manage trademark portfolios and dockets (CPI system)
• Coordinate with foreign counsel on international filings
• Communicate directly with clients on trademark matters
