About The Position

Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a junior associate to a nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising team in Seattle. The group handles full -spectrum brand work for startups through Fortune 500 companies and is known for cross -border matters, online enforcement, and TTAB/UDRP proceedings. Role Summary Trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement, including cease -and -desist strategy and portfolio management. TTAB proceedings and UDRP complaints; copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution. Work with high -growth and Fortune 500 clients across sectors, including online and advertising issues. Candidate Profile 2–4 years of experience focused on trademarks and copyright; large -firm training preferred. Strong writing, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and run pieces of matters independently. Requirements
