The position involves confirming and monitoring all trades to ensure they are properly entered into front office systems such as Bloomberg TOMS and ION. The role requires ensuring all clients are in agreement with trade details for various Fixed Income products, preventing failed trades, and resolving any trade-related issues. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate repo trade activity for numerous clients, track repo lines of credit, and ensure the settlement of all trades. The position also entails answering and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner, coordinating pricing evaluations, opening new accounts, reviewing sales commission inquiries, and distributing trader inventory for customers. The candidate will act as a liaison to set up customers to trade on electronic platforms such as Market Axess, Tradeweb, and Bloomberg.
