About The Position

Joining Bunnings as a Trade Specialist, you'll bring your knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to provide the best experience to our trade customers. You'll have the chance to develop skills in relationship building, high-volume inventory management and logistics, while playing a crucial role in contributing to your warehouse's commercial growth. You'll handle a diverse client portfolio, including residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more. This is a full-time role and flexibility to work Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.74 per hour for this role.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service and administrative based role is desirable
• Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs
• To be detail oriented with a professional approach
• Confidence to reach out to, connect with, and communicate with customers
• Genuine interest in trade products and an eagerness to learn more about products and services
• To act with integrity, be safe and do your best

• Experience in the industry is always a plus, however we will make the most of your transferable skills and give you the tools you'll need to succeed.
