You’ll have the opportunity to review applications, connect with business, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or sales operations
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 4 times per year for tradeshows
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Basic experience in data auditing and analyzing
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools (Chat GPT, Grok, etc) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate incoming applications for the Trade Program, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all required information
  • Verify applicant eligibility by confirming business credentials and relevant professional experience
  • Communicate with applicants to understand their business needs, request additional information, and provide guidance through the application process
  • Collect and review key customer data points and make informed decisions when assigning accounts to the appropriate Four Hands team
  • Adhere to application review timelines and ensure a swift and efficient application experience for prospective Trade Program customers
  • Maintain an organized database of applicants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference and reporting
  • Manage and follow up on a pipeline of leads sourced outside the application process, including trade show attendees and company-provided lists
  • Track activities and maintain relevant information in the Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend a minimum of 4 trade shows per year
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
