  • Support, develop, implement, and manage global trade, customs and analytics strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade and customs regulations, including tariffs, import/export controls, and anti-boycott regulations.
  • Drive Global Process standardization and develop supporting standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate trade-related risks.
  • Conduct/Oversee regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to various business units on trade-related matters.
  • Stay updated on global trade and customs regulations and industry best practices.
  • Identify and oversee the implementation of duty and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on trade compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to resolve trade-related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade and customs regulations, including tariffs, import/export controls, and anti-boycott regulations.
  • Strong ERP and IT systems experience and the ability to understand those systems and to train and explain those systems to others.
  • Strong planning and project management, interpersonal and leadership skills with experience leading systems implementation and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact at multiple levels of the organization and function as a liaison with internal and external customers, suppliers and vendors.
  • Must be able to work with a opening brief with a high degree of independence and be a self-starter.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and present significant amounts of information from multiple data sources with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interprets internal/external business issues and recommends best practices.
  • Identifies quality, service-oriented and innovative solutions and shares key learnings while staying in line with strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and demonstrated ability to perform basic data analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Principles and/or Six Sigma Techniques.
