Are you interested in residential and commercial loan origination and securitization and how these work behind the scenes? We're looking for a Real Estate Finance Operations Specialist to assist in the settlement and reconciliation of residential loan origination and warehouse funding transactions. You will also assist in the production of weekly risk reporting for residential loans in the pipeline, process the nostro, depot and AVI reconciliations including break research and resolution on a daily basis, and maintain daily contact with our client roster while providing superior service. Additionally, you will interact with and respond to Desk inquiries, work with document custodians, and review legal documents to create and maintain client profiles. You'll be joining the Real Estate Finance Middle Office team based in Nashville, TN, where we provide our bank support to the residential and commercial loan businesses and appropriately escalate any issues or risks in a timely manner. In this role, you will play a key role in the process of funding, settling, and monitoring the loans currently on our books.
