About The Position

The Trade Operations Specialist at Carson Group Holdings, LLC plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of trade processing for financial advisors. This position involves supporting the Trading department through various tasks such as advisor training, account data integrity reviews, and post-trade issue resolution. The specialist will also manage projects related to trade operations and collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiarity with trade operations and custodial platforms
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify potential concerns and communicate them professionally
• Flexibility and strong multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
• Superior customer service skills with a sense of urgency and excellent response times required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2-3 years operations and/or trade experience in a fast-paced environment at a registered investment advisory firm
• Orion experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts with multiple strategies for trade execution
• Conduct post trade account reviews
• Resolve issues with internal and external teams
• Perform ongoing data review and reporting
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop and maintain procedure documentation and training
• Provide instruction on Partner trade operations in collaboration with the Training team
• Assist Partners in transition to understand trade processes and procedures in collaboration with the Transformation team
• Lead the implementation of trade operation projects
• Perform other duties related to trading and investment operations as assigned
