About The Position

As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, researching, and preparing internal data/reporting utilized for duty drawback and import reconciliation. Your duties will include auditing import entries, managing FTP for entry packets, and working on exception reporting to research and resolve mismatches in broker data to the ERP system. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement systems and process improvements related to duty drawback and reconciliation programs, and support Asset and Sales on Supplier and Customer Drawback.

Requirements

• Experience in import and export rules and regulations.
• Duty drawback and reconciliation experience preferred.
• Experience working with Oracle, WMS, ACE, and other Supply Chain systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience with small parcel, ocean, air freight, LTL shipments and carriers.
• Ability to retrieve, manipulate and present data.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
