About The Position

The Trade Operations Analyst position is a temporary project role with an estimated duration of 12+ months, located 100% onsite in Juno Beach, FL. The role involves capturing and processing trades within the SOX application, including end-of-day recaps, reconciliations, and reporting. Key responsibilities also include verifying positions, monitoring daily Value at Risk (VaR) and other risk metrics, reconciling broker statements, preparing daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, and managing electronic funds transfers and clearing transactions. The analyst will also conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for special projects and support process improvements and automation efforts, including developing ad-hoc reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel macros, and collaborating with IT on trade capture platforms.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL
  • Experience with SOX Applications and executing end-of-day recaps and reports
  • Experience verifying positions, monitors daily Value at Risk and other risk related measures
  • Experience with reconcile broker and other external statements associated with transaction
  • Experience with daily Profit and Loss and pricing information
  • Experience with Electronic Funds Sources and other clearing transactions
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
  • Experience with Ad-hoc reports development using SQL & Power BI
  • Experience creating Excel based ad-hoc reports development and automating them using macro as needed
  • Experience supporting process improvements and collaborating with IT to enhance and maintain trade capture platforms and related workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields

Responsibilities

  • Capture and process trades in the SOX application, including end-of-day recaps, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Verify positions and monitor daily Value at Risk (VaR) and other key risk metrics.
  • Reconcile broker statements and other external transaction-related records.
  • Prepare and deliver daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and pricing information to management.
  • Manage electronic funds transfers, clearing transactions, and related settlement activities.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support small to medium special projects and business initiatives.
  • Support process design, automation, and continuous improvement efforts, including development of ad-hoc reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel (macros), and collaboration with IT on the trade capture platform.
