About The Position

The Trade Marketing Sr Specialist is responsible for executing Safilo’s Trade Marketing strategy across all brands within key accounts and retail partners in North America. Main role is delivering retail and in store marketing programs, supporting sales teams and optimizing the marketing budget. Additionally, this role includes strong collaboration with BOSS global teams to adapt BOSS and HUGO eyewear collections—ensuring product assortments, positioning, and marketing materials are aligned to the needs of the North American market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze trends, retail performance, and market data.
  • Ability to travel to key accounts as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design skills (Adobe or similar) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Trade Marketing plans across key accounts and retail partners.
  • Adapt global product and collection direction for the North American market.
  • Deliver POS materials, retail tools, and customized solutions to support sell‑through.
  • Maintain seasonal activation calendars and ensure on‑time execution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Brand Management, and Global Teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Provide market insights, trends, and competitive analysis to inform planning.
  • Manage and track the Trade Marketing budget for North America.
  • Maintain Excel‑based budget tools and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee project timelines, vendor coordination, and installation schedules.
  • Align retail marketing activities with sales priorities and commercial targets.
  • Support key account meetings, line reviews, and commercial events as needed.
