About The Position

The Trade Finance Manager will lead the development and management of a new financing arm focused on Accounts Receivable (AR) and inventory financing for US-based logistics and freight forwarding businesses. This role involves designing financing solutions, managing client relationships, structuring and underwriting transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position aims to optimize cash flow for clients while building partnerships with financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in trade finance, AR financing, or inventory financing, focusing on lending to US businesses.
• Proven track record in structuring and executing trade finance deals for US companies.
• Strong understanding of US credit analysis, financial structuring, and underwriting processes.
• Experience in import and export trade financing with knowledge of global trade operations.
• Experience building and managing relationships with US-based banks and financial institutions.
• Knowledge of US financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
