Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Associate as part of the Customer Care Team within International Trade Services. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients by correspondence/emails and via phone, providing solutions to internal and external customer inquiries regarding Standby Letters of Credit, and partnering with existing clients, Trade Service Consultants, and Relationship Managers to present product or service information. You will analyze and resolve most customer issues with minimal supervision, ensuring client retention, and research account and transaction records while navigating multiple computer system windows, applications, and search tools to find information. Additionally, you will navigate, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to internal and external customers through the CEO Trade online platform.
