Responsible for the ECCN and HTS classification determination of technology products and services, resulting in the license determination of export, re-export and in-country transfer orders in compliance with all U.S. Export Control Laws and regulations. This position requires proficiency in navigating and interpreting the U.S. Export Administration Regulations with a focus on the ECCN classification of restricted encryption products, export licensing, and customer screening for hardware, software, services and technology across a wide range of products across multiple industries.
