About The Position

As our Trade Compliance Manager – US & Canada, you will be responsible for leading, developing and providing compliance oversight to import/export processes and activities in alignment with current laws and regulations in the US and Canada. You’ll be accountable for influencing the organization and ensuring successful execution of the US and Canada import/export compliance program, providing effective and efficient regulatory compliance administration, business support, training, assessments and business systems integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customs, international trade, and trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US trade regulations, customs laws, and trade agreements.
• Expert knowledge of anti-dumping/countervailing duties and other regulations.
• Proficiency in trade management tools like ACE, SAP, C-TPAT Portal, CARM.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of US export control regulations (ITAR, EAR).
• Experience with risk management.

Nice To Haves

• US Customs Broker License or relevant Customs Related Certificate Programs.
• NCBFAA CCS (Certificated Compliance Specialist) certification.
