About The Position

In this role, you will: Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs on off highway machinery. Have a dedicated commitment to safety and quality assurance. Handling materials, loading/unloading, and moving supplies to and from work areas. Operate basic power tools and machinery. Clean and prepare work areas, adhering to site guidelines. Help identify equipment faults during servicing and rectify/ report to workshop/ management. Able to work independently, and collaboratively within a team to accomplish assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in a mining or workshop environment
• Current Forklift, Crane, Dogging and Rigging tickets
• Current Australian Drivers licence required
• You will also need to possess a high regard for and practice health and safety at all times
