About The Position
The Trade and Product Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company's trade practices comply with local and international regulations. They collaborate with many departments, including, but not limited to Product Development and Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Legal and Safety. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and auditing all compliance-related policies and procedures. This is a highly dynamic role, balancing oversight of the export compliance process and minimizing risks to K&N Engineering, with long-term strategic direction to enhance business performance and profitability. The ideal candidate will promote and support a culture of compliance and adherence to global trade laws and regulations throughout the organization.
