About The Position

This position will round out our team of tractor trailer drivers responsible for movement and coordination of intercompany loads to support our main plant in Portland as well as our support locations in Scarborough, Waterville, Hermon and Hooksett, NH. All schedules and routing is coordinated by our local management team and they work hard to develop and accommodate schedules for our team members. Oakhurst (a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America) a farmer owned company has one of the strongest full compensation packages in southern Maine for home-based regional trucking. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Existing or ability to obtain a DOT medical Card.
• Operational Knowledge of Hours-of-Service rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform safe pre/post trip inspections in accordance with DOT standards.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a great safety record.
• Experience in commercial driving (CDL) school.

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid after successful completion of six months of employment.
