Requirements

Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry
Must possess required tooling applicable to listed repairs in the job description (main air tools provided)
Achieve 85% or above productivity and 95% or above efficiency

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components
Perform preventative maintenance including preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs
Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications
Test equipment for performance issues and ensure DOT compliance
Demonstrate self-motivation, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
Dedicate to providing the safest and most efficient trucks/trailers to drivers and customers
Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting/repair and engage in continuous learning through training opportunities
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
