Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry
  • Must possess required tooling applicable to listed repairs in the job description (main air tools provided)
  • Achieve 85% or above productivity and 95% or above efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components
  • Perform preventative maintenance including preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs
  • Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications
  • Test equipment for performance issues and ensure DOT compliance
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
  • Dedicate to providing the safest and most efficient trucks/trailers to drivers and customers
  • Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting/repair and engage in continuous learning through training opportunities
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
