Requirements

Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license; CDL license is advantageous.
Proficient communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Reliable attendance for assigned shifts.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Capability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position

Responsibilities

Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within the fleet.
Execute preventative maintenance procedures to uphold vehicle performance standards.
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on major systems including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, and AC systems.
Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for efficient troubleshooting and repair.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
