Requirements

  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license; CDL license is advantageous.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Reliable attendance for assigned shifts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position

Responsibilities

  • Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within the fleet.
  • Execute preventative maintenance procedures to uphold vehicle performance standards.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on major systems including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, and AC systems.
  • Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for efficient troubleshooting and repair.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
