About this opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated skilled diesel truck and trailer mechanics. From beginners to skilled leaders, each technician will be an integral part of keeping America’s freight moving forward through hands-on, in-depth electronic diagnostics and mechanical repairs. Pay and Schedule Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm The pay range is $24-35 Per Hour depending on experience. Requirements

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, with a minimum of one year experience working on diesel powered vehicles and equipment.
Strong mechanical and technical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Own basic tools.
All offers of employment are contingent upon the following: Proof of authorization to work in the United States Successful completion of background check and drug test Acceptable physical examination

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in Diesel Mechanics, certification is a preferred.
Knowledge in using diagnostic programs.

Responsibilities

Always adhere all safety protocols and guidelines.
Communicate all findings to lead on floor such as parts being needed and other key components that require other department attention.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical systems.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and identify problems.
Write up on the repair order an accurate, clear, and detailed description of the cause of failure the repair procedure used.
