Safely operates tractor on government installation streets, roads, airfields, grounds on government property. Maintains high standards of safety, maintenance, and appearance by cleaning buildings/restrooms, cuts trees, plants/removes trees, and brushes. Operating tractor in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Cleaning and performing minor preventive maintenance to tractor. Removing litter and other debris from assigned areas as directed. Must be willing to do other manual labor work using: trimmer, blower, shovel, broom. Must be able to pass an airfield drivers test. Ability to safely and courteously operate the tractor on a daily basis. Remove landscaping rock annual removing dead leaves and debris; areas located trees, entryways and back dock area. Perform safety/maintenance equipment inspections. Performs other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
