About The Position

Join our team supporting seven farms across the Weka Complex, delivering vital tractor and machinery support to help us succeed. Are you an experienced Tractor Driver/Machinery Operator, looking for a role that offers some variety? Located just ten minutes from picturesque Lake Brunner, you'll play a key role in land preparation, cultivation, fertilizing, feeding stock, rolling, carting and repairs/maintenance. This is a drive in drive out role with no accommodation available.

Requirements

Proven tractor driving experience.
Expertise in operating and maintaining farm machinery.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Dedication to health and safety best practices.
A valid NZ driver's licence.
To be eligible for this role, you must be available for an in-person interview and have unrestricted legal rights to work in New Zealand.
The successful applicant will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test and undergo a criminal background check prior to being appointed.
