The Traction Test Engineer (TrTeE) / Technician (TrTeT) is responsible for carrying out type, validation or investigation tests, preparing reports, defining and implementing the most appropriate testing methodology, and developing test operating modes while analyzing test results.

Requirements

• Test execution capability on Traction Systems, Power Converters, Drivers of converter, Switchgear, Parts, Thermal
• Measurement tools and process knowledge
• General IT knowledge
• English Language proficiency (B2 minimum)
• Required electrical habilitation level: B2V, B2V Essai, BE Essais, BR, BC, H2V, H2V Essais, HE Essais, HC

Responsibilities

• Carry out type, validation or investigation tests, and preparing reports
• Define and implement the most appropriate testing methodology and means of testing
• Develop test operating modes and analyses test results
• Timely execution of the test program
• Respect of QCD objectives
• Participating in the realization of the Validation Plan
• Preparing the tests and necessary tools for performing the tests
• Implementing, verifying, and ensuring compliance of the measuring equipment
• Supervising and/or executing test activities, analyzing test results live
• Writing test reports and sending for Project approval
• Participate in the Tuning phase with Design Team
• Support Test Method Team on Routine Test Benches
