About The Position

The position involves operating heavy equipment and working collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently. The role requires reporting to the foreman and superintendent, and adherence to safety protocols by wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). The job may involve physical tasks such as using a shovel and lifting heavy objects, as well as maintaining a clean and accessible job site. The candidate should be willing to travel to and from work and job sites as needed and be open to training opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable transportation
• Drug-free
• Team player

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GPS Grading system (Top Con) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Work with other team members to complete tasks
• Report to foreman and superintendent
• Wear all necessary PPE as required
• Maintain jobsites in a clean and accessible manner
• Use a shovel as needed
• Lift more than 50 lbs as required
• Travel to and from work and jobsites as needed
• Be willing to be trained
