Requirements

• Prior experience in outdoor labor-intensive work, particularly in track maintenance, railroad operations, or heavy equipment operation.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair railroad tracks as part of a skilled team.
• Lift and install track components such as rails, ties, and bars.
• Operate heavy machinery to assist in track alignment, material handling, and vegetation clearance along the right-of-way.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety protocols.
• Participate in daily briefings and respond to urgent maintenance needs as part of a 24/7 operation.
