About The Position
Join Road & Rail Services and put your heavy equipment and railroad maintenance experience to work in Miami. We're hiring a Track Worker / Equipment Operator to support our maintenance team with hands-on rail repair and upkeep-right here at home. This is a non-traveling position based in Miami, Florida. You'll work on-site to keep our rail infrastructure safe, operational, and up to industry standards. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining railroad tracks and the surrounding right-of-way. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks on a daily basis. We're looking for team members who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safety.
