The Pit Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all track personnel perform their assigned duties safely, effectively, and professionally. This includes overseeing the daily attendance log, coordinating with management regarding disciplinary and operational issues, and preparing the track and karts prior to opening. The supervisor will instruct new customers on proper kart usage, maintain an orderly flow of racers, supervise ongoing races, and enforce race policies. Additionally, the Pit Supervisor will respond to emergencies, ensure cleanliness and safety in the pit and track areas, and perform closing duties to secure the facility for the next day.
