Track Meet Data Coordinator-Internal Position

About The Position

Fern Ridge School District is accepting applications INTERNALLY for a Track Data Coordinator p osition at Elmira High School. We are seeking creative, outstanding coaching applicants who will become members of a cohesive team. This position is under the direct supervision of the Head Track Coach, Athletic Director, and Principal of Elmira High School. This position instructs/assists players with skills, sportsmanship, and performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Current district employees will only need to submit a letter of interest through Frontline.
Applicants should complete an application within Frontline indicating their ability in coaching/supervision skills and experience.
Successful candidates must obtain and maintain a current First Aid/CPR card and obtain the necessary OSAA certifications.
In addition, the successful candidate must have a fingerprint background check on file with the Oregon Department of Education (cost is $82.50).
The successful candidate must be willing to provide evidence of compliance with all Oregon Health Authority requirements for school employees.
Successful candidates must obtain and maintain a current First Aid/CPR card, have a fingerprint background check on file with the Oregon Department of Education (cost is $87.50), obtain the necessary Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) certifications (cost is $50), and be willing to provide evidence of compliance with all Oregon Health Authority requirements for school employees.
Applicants should complete an application within Frontline and be prepared to upload the following: Letter of interest.
A copy of the applicants Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (a federal DD Form 214 or 215), which shows character of service upon discharge OR a letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs indicating the applicant receives a non-service connected pensions.
A copy of the applicant's Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (a federal DD Form 214 or 215), which shows character of service upon discharge AND a copy of the applicant's veteran's disability preference letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (unless the information is included on the DD Form 214 or 215).
