About The Position

Imagine coming to work and hearing the roar of supercars speeding around the track. Exotics Racing is now hiring Track Hosts to help our customers experience the thrill of racing in a safe, exciting environment. We are looking for friendly people who enjoy sharing unique and memorable experiences with others and those who are dynamic and engaging with a desire to work in the customer service industry. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Must pass drug and background screening
• Clean driving record
• Must be well-groomed and have a neat appearance
• Ability to work outside and on your feet for long periods of time
• One year customer service experience
• One year cash handling experience
• Experience with selling different experiences
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
• Weekends are a must
• Must have open availability

Nice To Haves

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features
• Sell customer experiences with ease and confidence
• Provide a safe & fun environment for every customer
• Maintain track appearance and functionality; reports any concerns to management
• Ensure the welcome center areas remain clean and safe
• Work well with co-workers to provide industry leading customer service
• Provide industry leading customer service
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Benefits

• Starting at $12.00 plus commissions and gratuities
• Current employees are making $15.00-$17.00 per hour
• Free Exotics Racing experience and Go-kart's sessions after 3 months
