Rogers Group, INC. is seeking an individual to fill our open position as a TRACK DRILL OPERATOR in the Middle Tennessee area. This role is based out of Nashville, TN but may require work across several of our quarry locations. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity with a track drill, like an Epiroc D60 or similar, to drill holes for mine blasting. They must also have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Requirements

  • Uncompromising dedication to safe work practices
  • Ability to provide valid documentation for I9 residency requirements
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating a track drill, like an Epiroc D60 or similar preferred
  • Experience operating a track drill for quarry production and stripping preferred
  • Experience operating other heavy equipment, such as a dozer, excavator, or front-end loader preferred
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime work as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate drill logs
  • Perform laborer and clean-up duties
  • Perform any other duties assigned and/or assist other areas as necessary
