Mission: Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor, performing the tasks delegated to him/her and satisfying the needs of the internal client. They are responsible for managing different areas of Human Resources that affect affiliation and payment processes, including: hiring processes, terminations, upkeep of master data related with compensation and benefits, absences, retirements, statistical reports for internal and external Administration, administration of systems and processes for calculation of payroll and payments to employees, implementation of compensation programmes and benefits, management and selection of external suppliers, etc.
