We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Case Management for a local contract position at St. Francis Park. The role is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for a duration of 12 weeks. The RN will work 40 hours per week, primarily during AM shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in discharge planning and will be responsible for managing a caseload of 35-40 patients.
