A Faith Regional Manager is responsible for working with and serving pastors and ministry leaders, launching new Faith Groups, mobilizing local leaders for various events and initiatives, all while building a strong network throughout the territory. Faith Regional Managers are also responsible for connecting with interested leads; starting groups and building a strong, long-lasting pastors coalition; equipping Christians with our resources; organizing local initiatives; conducting outreach to prospective members; giving oral presentations; importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences. The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of Faith Groups, local initiatives, and the Faith Strategic Program overall. The Faith Regional Manager reports directly to the Senior Strategic Managers.
