Requirements

• Prior experience with TPO roofing systems
• Knowledge of welding, layout, and repair techniques for commercial roofing
• A strong work ethic with consistent attendance and reliability
• The ability to work long hours and keep pace with a fast‑moving crew
• A positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Installing TPO roofing systems on commercial projects
• Working closely with the crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Handling and staging roofing materials
• Laying out roofing systems according to specifications
• Welding seams using hot-air equipment
• Performing general commercial roofing tasks as needed
