About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a TPA Renewal Analyst. The TPA Renewal Analyst is a key member of the operational team responsible for supporting the collection, analysis, management, and reporting process for Imagine360's existing client base. The Analyst demonstrates strong technical knowledge and collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high quality service and operational excellence. Position Location:100% remote

Requirements

  • Degree in business management or comparable field preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or related insurance industry preferred
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with data extraction tools and multiple system platforms.
  • Prior experience in preparing business and technical correspondence and formatting technical documents and reports required.
  • Experience with SalesForce preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal relationships and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
  • Detail-oriented and possess organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, multi-task, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, validate, and analyze Stop Loss and monthly reporting data from multiple internal systems required for the management of our client accounts.
  • Communicate reporting outcomes to internal teams including Client Experience as well as external stakeholders including brokers, vendors and Stop Loss carriers.
  • Partner with the Client Experience and Stop Loss Strategy teams to ensure complete, accurate, and timely renewal documentation.
  • Prepare monthly renewal packets, distribute RFPs to carriers and brokers, and manage receipt and organization of quotes.
  • Maintain Salesforce records, including quote entry and sales analytics.
  • Support annual RFP reviews.
  • Prepare renewal pricing sheets, including administration and provider fee details.
  • Update Salesforce client profiles to support accurate billing and account setup.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding reports, claims, member status, and plan documents.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented, solution-focused approach.
  • Continuously update and maintain process documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, training initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct self-audits, data testing, and trend monitoring to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Performs data testing for quality assessments and improvement.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Director.
