Requirements

  • Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in mortgage servicing, loan documentation, or legal/authorization processing is preferred
  • Familiarity with MSP Explorer / Black Knight strongly preferred
  • Competent with Google Sheets, email handling, and documentation workflows

Responsibilities

  • TPA Form Review & Verification: Review and validate Third Party Authorization forms submitted via email or other channels. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper borrower authorization prior to updating account access.
  • Data Entry & System Updates: Accurately input TPA information into MSP Explorer (Black Knight), adhering to regulatory requirements and internal documentation standards. Update related records and maintain real-time tracking in Google Sheets.
  • Compliance & Privacy Enforcement: Protect borrower data by strictly following authorization rules. Flag any unauthorized requests or incomplete documentation for resolution and escalate as needed.
  • Use of Tools & Templates: Leverage standardized internal guides, workflows, and canned responses to ensure consistent communication and adherence to company procedures. Keep meticulous records of form approvals and denials.
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with customer service representatives and other departments to confirm TPA status, resolve discrepancies, and support timely response to borrower inquiries.
