We’re not just a toy store anymore—we’re reimagining what retail can be with interactive, immersive experiences that go way beyond the aisle. And we’re looking for passionate, people-loving leaders to help bring this new vision to life! We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead our flagship store at Denver Premium. This is more than managing a store—it’s about building a team, creating memorable customer experiences, and being the face of fun. You’ll drive results, develop your team, and work closely with our Home Office to make magic happen in-store.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy and a love for play
  • Sales-minded and customer-obsessed with an eye for presentation
  • Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Retail or event management experience
  • Background in education or training
  • Knowledge of merchandising, loss prevention, or store operations

  • Coach and lead your team to deliver top-tier customer service
  • Drive sales and hit store targets by analyzing KPIs and setting smart goals
  • Plan and execute events that turn shopping into an experience

  • Share feedback, insights, and wins with the Home Office
