Requirements

  • No prior experience or training.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

  • Clock in on time according to your schedule.
  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Controls service traffic flow and parking.
  • Drives customer's vehicle with caution.
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Drives vehicles to and from service lane, wash bay, and parking lot as needed.
  • Makes key tags for vehicles.
  • Removes plastic and paper mats upon delivery.
  • Wears provided uniform and makes sure handset walkie is fully charged at all times.
  • Deliver customer vehicles upon service completion
  • Wash customer vehicles with automated car wash
  • Shuttle customers to and from dealership if needed
