Experienced Toyota Technicians – Top Pay + Up to $10,000 Sign-On & Relocation Qualified technicians may be eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000 (based on experience), along with performance-based pay with estimated monthly earnings of $8,000–$12,000 , depending on experience and production. Pecheles Automotive is growing, and we’re looking for skilled Toyota Technicians with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. Requirements
- Service technician certifications preferred, but will train and certify experienced, driven techs
- Strong automotive background
- Ability to work with a team
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
- Commitment and record for excellent attendance and punctuality
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training, preferred
- NC State Inspection License
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
- Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Successfully complete all brand and career assigned training
