About The Position

The Toyota-Certified Service Technician at Bill Dube Ford Toyota in Dover, New Hampshire is a vital member of our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, with compensation ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 per year. Requirements

Toyota-Certified Technician with at least 2 years of experience
Strong technical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technology
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Toyota vehicles according to manufacturer's specifications
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Toyota vehicles
Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to determine the root cause of vehicle malfunctions
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
Continuously update knowledge and skills through Toyota factory training programs and other educational opportunities
Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
