Requirements

• Recent insurance defense or toxic torts experience
• Must be licensed in KS, MO, or IL

Responsibilities

• Defend companies and policyholders.
• Case management
• Drafting critical motions
• Developing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in court proceedings
• Trial and appellate experience
