Aero Constructors LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Tower Technician . We specialize in tower construction and maintenance for major wireless providers, utility companies, broadcasters, and government agencies throughout Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. With offices in Ault, CO, and Grand Island, NE, our technicians operate directly from home to job sites using company-provided vehicles—no regular office reporting required. The successful applicant will participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring a strong work ethic and a willingness to work at heights. This role is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in: Climbing (e.g., rock climbing) Farming, ranching, or other hands-on outdoor work Mechanical trades While these backgrounds are helpful, they are not required.
