About The Position
To perform tower, Lifestyle Center, and grounds common area maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements
- High school diploma required. Technical vocational training is preferred.
- General cleaning skills.
- Maintenance skills: painting, drywall, light electrical, mechanical skills, general technical knowledge, door hardware.
- Ability to read and write clearly.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Daily tower and grounds inspections
- Common area repairs
- Equipment PM inspections
- Tower common areas cleaning
- Maintain tower supplies inventory
- Tower punch list repairs
- Unloading trucks
- Hurricane preparation
- Assist unit maintenance in units
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management
