About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in wireless tower installations and maintenance
• 1+ years in a leadership or foreman role, managing tower crews
• Extensive knowledge of rigging, climbing, and use of tower safety gear
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations (OSHA), and FCC guidelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and site plans
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various project sites (100% travel required)

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, Climbing, and RF Awareness

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead tower crews on wireless tower installation, maintenance, and upgrades
• Coordinate daily operations, including crew schedules, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, FCC guidelines, and company safety protocols
• Climb towers and perform installations, repairs, and inspections as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
• Perform quality assurance checks and ensure the completion of projects on time and within specifications
• Collaborate with project managers to meet client expectations and timelines
• Train and mentor tower technicians to ensure high-quality performance and safety
