Industrial Communications West is two companies, one team, under one roof, proudly connecting people across the Midwest and Rocky Mountains. We construct turnkey communication facilities, co-locations and complete buildouts. We have a reputation for delivering quality workmanship and maintaining high safety standards. Our experienced crews construct state-of-the-art tower and network facilities for major PCS cellular carriers, private and public enterprises, and public safety agencies and utilities. When you work with us, you gain the advantage of partnering with in-house experts in tower site leasing and management, FCC licensing, and in-building BDA/DAS systems. Based in Fort Morgan, Colorado, the Tower Construction Manager provides direct field leadership and operational oversight for telecommunications construction projects. This role is responsible for running crews directly and owning field execution across assigned projects. The Construction Manager maintains consistent presence in the field to support active job sites, oversee production, ensure safety compliance, and drive schedule adherence. This is not a solely office-based position. Travel and field engagement are essential components of this role. This position is accountable for crew performance, safety outcomes, quality control, cost management, and timely project delivery. The Construction Manager allocates field resources, supervises Foremen and Tower Technicians, and ensures work is executed in alignment with company standards and carrier requirements.
