About The Position

This is a direct hire position with no prior experience required, offering a great opportunity to join a growing company. The role involves assisting a tower crew with various daily operations and learning essential skills related to tower climbing and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist tower crew with daily operations, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup
• Learn and practice safe climbing techniques while working under direct supervision
• Help with the installation of antennas, coaxial cables, mounts, and related equipment
• Perform grounding, weatherproofing, and basic assembly tasks
• Maintain tools, rigging, and safety gear in proper working condition
• Support rigging and hoisting operations from the ground and at height as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection, OSHA regulations, and company policies
• Participate in daily safety meetings and training sessions
• Travel with crews to multiple job sites and adapt to outdoor working conditions
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow into higher tower climbing roles
