About The Position
IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, is seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our Internal Tow Team in Grove City, OH. Our tow truck drivers are dedicated to delivering top-notch towing services, handling inbound and outbound towing of light-duty vehicles for a diverse customer base. Responsibilities include timely pickup and delivery of vehicles, communication with customers and dispatchers, and completion of all necessary paperwork, including title verification. Drivers are committed to meeting performance goals, ensuring safe and damage-free towing, and performing minor mechanical functions for the proper operation of tow trucks. They operate company vehicles safely, complying with all safety regulations and licensing requirements, and are responsible for maintaining towing equipment and accessories in good condition. Flexibility is key, as drivers may be required to travel to Catastrophe events or branch support operations with limited notice.
